DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

International Tracked Standard Delivery

We’re working closely with DPD to provide a safe and reliable service to you. 

Costs and timescales vary by country. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the cost and the delivery date of your order.

The estimated delivery time will be between 3-11 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Please note the following

• When your order is despatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.
• The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products chosen. All orders are shipped via DHL or DPD.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all the details you give are correct as we cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery arising out of incorrect information that you have provided.
• If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure place or with a neighbour and post a card advising you where they have left it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
• If you cannot find the country you live in within our site selector tool, unfortunately we do not currently deliver to where you live. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so please check back soon.
• We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.

Due to Government Covid restrictions and upcoming Brexit, we are temporarily not shipping orders to UK and Ireland!
